Yes. Subscribers can buy extra minutes at $5 per finished minute, with a 10-minute ($50) minimum — above that you choose the quantity. They land in your balance straight away. Moving to a higher tier is the cheaper route if you need them every month; Ultra works out at $3.99 a minute. Two things to know: extra minutes can only be spent while your subscription is active, so they become unusable if you cancel; and like your monthly allowance they are reset rather than carried over at your next renewal.

Credits are consumed by AI generations (video, voice, images). Video — including talking avatars — costs 15 credits per second of finished output, so one finished minute is 900 credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 18,000 credits on Starter is about 20 minutes. The allowance is RESET at every renewal rather than added to, so unused credits (including any you bought as a top-up) do not roll over.

Auto Subtitles are unlimited on paid plans; translations cover 50+ languages on Pro and above.

Paid plans are billed per user / month. Add seats from your team settings; each seat gets its own credit allowance.
